The hotel offers a beautiful and romantic atmosphere with lovely touches like rose petals and chocolates in the room. the overall experience was marred by issues such as noisy neighbors and inadequate air conditioning in the sweltering heat, which impacted our comfort during the stay.

The luxurious spa bath was a highlight of our stay, and the beautiful decor made for a memorable birthday treat. the room became uncomfortably warm without AC options.

Spacious superior king room with plush decor and calming lighting. The jetted bath with a TV added a touch of luxury, making for a relaxing experience after exploring local attractions.
Tea and coffee facilities were underwhelming—only one pack of biscuits and around two teabags for two guests was not ideal. The bed in the king room had sheets that didn’t fit properly, leading to some discomfort at times. Minimal noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable, but it was mostly manageable. For some, the lack of a robust breakfast option could be a drawback, as the eggs Benedict had runny whites, which may not suit everyone's taste.

great service but missed some amenities
The staff’s warmth and efficiency stood out during our stay. Breakfast options were diverse and freshly prepared, which made for an enjoyable start to our day.
I noticed a lack of additional amenities in the room that would have elevated the experience.

Had a blast staying with friends! The place is a short walk from the bustling town, making it easy to hit the local bars and shops. We also chilled at The Hideout Boutique House, which was perfect for unwinding. Just keep in mind that breakfast isn't served to your room, so plan to head down for the meal.
Unfortunately, the room was a bit too warm, even with a fan provided. It was distracting during our downtime.

Had an amazing time with my friends at this hotel! It's close to all the action yet sits in a peaceful spot. We explored the local shops and had a blast at the Hideout Boutique House, which offered great fun and relaxation. The breakfast was a highlight, with friendly staff and plenty of tasty options.
The only downside was the room got a bit too warm for my liking, even with the windows open. A small shelf in the shower would also have helped with toiletries.

The stay was exceptional, especially with the staff who were incredibly efficient and attentive to our needs. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the main dining and shopping areas, making it easy to explore. The heated bathroom floor was a delightful touch, ensuring comfort during late-night visits. the room did get a bit warm at night, and additional amenities for making tea and coffee would have been appreciated.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable room.
I was really disappointed with the tea and coffee facilities. There were hardly any supplies for two people staying in the room, which felt quite inadequate for the price we paid. our check-in experience was subpar—despite notifying the staff about our early arrival, we received no updates on when our room would be ready, leaving us in limbo for too long.

Unforgettable Romantic Getaway!
We celebrated my boyfriend's birthday in a King Room for two nights. The private outdoor hot tub was a highlight, complete with a perfect playlist. The nearby Fizzy Tarté served an exceptional breakfast.
